To help deliver this, DBV are looking to appoint a Team Managers for the VIC26 State campaign. 

Purpose of the Role

The Team Manager plays a key role in supporting the preparation, coordination, and well-being of athletes within a specific division of the VIC26 State Team. Working under the direction of the Campaign Manager, the Team Manager ensures that logistical, administrative, and athlete support needs are met throughout the campaign, with a focus on training camps, communication, and competition support. This is an ideal development opportunity for individuals holding a Level 1 coaching accreditation who are seeking to gain more experience in a representative team setting.

Selection Criteria

· Strong organisational and logistical skills with demonstrated attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, especially under time pressure.

· Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and problem-solve quickly.

· Familiarity with AusDBF Competition Regulations and Rules of Racing

· Commitment to attending key training camps and the 2026 AusChamps in Queensland at Lake Kawana, Sunshine Coast on 21 April 2026.

· Ability to work effectively under the guidance of the Campaign Manager and collaborate with coaching staff.

· Level 1 ANCAS Dragon Boat Coaching accreditation is highly desirable, as this role may include coaching-related support duties.
