DBV Regatta Exemption Request Form - (Version 12 Aug 2022)

Exemptions will only be considered once this form has been completed; once submitted, the form will automatically be sent to DBV and the relevant AusDBF Officials to consider.

DBV or the relevant AusDBF Official/s will review and consider the request and request more information or approve/decline the request within one to five days. All return communication will be via the email provided by the member/club completing this form.
