First Auschamps I participated with CYSM. I still cry when I see the videos and relieve the memories.

Been able to function 100% with one hour sleep a day.

My words of advice for new comers?

Enjoy the journey. Improving day by day is really cool.

How would I promote Dragon Boat to my best buddy?

My best buddy has to try, he has no option. :-) Once you have tried people usually get hooked.

My future expectation about this sport:

Would love the sport to grow in younger categories. More Juniors, more juniors, more juniors.
