Date: Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2025
Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm Saturday 
Time: 8:30am - 3:00pm Sunday
Where: National Water Sports Centre, Carrum
Parking: Free, onsite

Cost: 
Adults - $45.00
Students / Juniors - $22.50

Entry timelines:
Registrations are now OPEN and will close at 11.59pm on Friday 29 August
Crew lists can be modified until 6am on race day

8:00am - Volunteers briefing
8:15am - Sweeps briefing

Briefings:
Briefings will be held at - TBC.
Volunteers briefing at 8:00am please ensure all your club volunteer/s are in attendance.
Sweeps briefing at 8.15am for all competing Sweeps on the morning of the regatta.
