DBV is committed to creating an environment for which its members can grow from club level to representative level competition. This aligns with areas of DBV's strategic plan and supports the Athlete Pathway framework set by AusDBF.
To help deliver this, DBV are looking to appoint a Campaign Manager for the VIC26 State campaign. This is a newly created role in response to feedback for improved planning and an earlier start to the campaign to deliver a better experience to all involved.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Accountable for campaign progress and on time delivery of milestones and goals
- Provide direction and support to divisional Team Managers for the smooth running of the campaign
- Work alongside the Head Coach and periodically report to DBV on the progress of the campaign
- Manage campaign communications in partnership with DBV
- Schedule and facilitate VIC26 meetings
- Manage issues towards resolution in partnership with DBV Board and VIC26 Team as necessary
- Create and document processes and checklists for the benefit of future State campaigns
To be successful in this role:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Solid problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Project management/coordination experience desirable
- Ability to be impartial, recognise bias and apply integrity
- Be able to commit to the VIC26 campaign until it's closure by end May 2026
