To help deliver this, DBV are looking to appoint a Campaign Manager for the VIC26 State campaign. This is a newly created role in response to feedback for improved planning and an earlier start to the campaign to deliver a better experience to all involved.

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Accountable for campaign progress and on time delivery of milestones and goals
• Provide direction and support to divisional Team Managers for the smooth running of the campaign
• Work alongside the Head Coach and periodically report to DBV on the progress of the campaign
• Manage campaign communications in partnership with DBV
• Schedule and facilitate VIC26 meetings
• Manage issues towards resolution in partnership with DBV Board and VIC26 Team as necessary
• Create and document processes and checklists for the benefit of future State campaigns

To be successful in this role:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Solid problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Project management/coordination experience desirable
• Ability to be impartial, recognise bias and apply integrity
• Be able to commit to the VIC26 campaign until it's closure by end May 2026
