The following information and/or documents are required for an application to become affiliated with Dragon Boat Victoria
1) Certificate of Incorporation (Consumer Affairs Victoria)
2) Provide Steering Committee details including email addresses (Word, PDF or Excel)
President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer names and email addresses
3) Proposed foundation members (if applicable), including email addresses (Word, PDF or Excel)
4) Any other required from agreements/contracts from Council or Stakeholders (If applicable)

Process after application has been received by DBV:
- Once the DBV Board has received all the required paperwork, the club will be placed on the agenda for the next board meeting for consideration and acceptance.
- The outcome of the club’s application will be advised in writing and any further information required by the Board to consider the application.
- Once the DBV Board has/if accepted the application, the club’s details will be advised to DBV’s insurance company to allow the public liability policy to be updated to reflect the new club’s inclusion.
- A club portal for revolutioniseSPORT will then for created for you club. The portal will allow membership management, club management and regatta entry. Optional website management is available too.
- Certificate of affiliation presented to the club from DBV
