SCHOOL PASS must be used to register all participants for the following activites:
o one-off school/educatonal institution team building afternoon/activity
o participation in a school/education related regatta could include either: (a) regatta or training session only or (b) training sessions and regatta.
o School pass is valid for the length of the school/education activity only
All participants must be recorded here with the following information:
o name (first name and last name)
o gender identify
o DOB - mandatory year (for data collection)
o email address
