Conditions of Crew Entry:

  1. Each club can enter only one crew in each event
  1. If a club enters the 20's and 10's races of a given event, the crews for each event must be completely separate crews (no crossover paddlers, drummers or sweeps).
  2. Depending on entries it will be decided what distances we race on day one and day two.
  1. DBV may provide every club with a minimum of two races (heat and final) in each event. Depending on the number of entries, some events may have additional heats.
  1. If there are less than four entries in a category, the category will be combined with others if possible, or will have two ‘time trial’ races.
  2. Handicaps will be applied in finals for senior divisions.
  1. We cannot guarantee categories with fewer than three entries will be run.
  2. DBV encourages clubs to think carefully when entering crews into multiple events just because they are age eligible to do so.
