The VIC26 Leadership Team wishes to once again thank everyone for their support toward the Victorian Team and in particular this update and completion of the mid-campaign survey.

As you may be aware Peninsula Dragonfly's member Kerrie Waworis was recently elected to the AusDBF Board, filling a casual vacancy. Kerrie joins the Board with a strong background in sport governance and community-focused leadership and everyone at DBV is immensely is proud of her appointment.

Kerrie brings extensive experience across the sport of dragon boat at club, state, and national levels. She is currently the Head Coach at Peninsula Dragonflys, an accredited sweep and former coach of Victorian State teams. Kerrie has also served on the Dragon Boat Victoria Board as both Director and President and represented Australia as an Aurora at the 2023 IDBF World Dragon Boat Championships in Thailand.
