Request for Assistance at the Hub |
DBV is seeking the assistance of 2-3 people to help load boats and other equipment on Friday 12 September at 9am. If you are able to help please reach out to paul@dragonboatvictoria.com.au. This will take place at the Hub in Docklands and counts towards the Club requirement of supplying volunteers at Regattas.
Additionally, Clubs training at the Hub on Thursday night are asked to place Heads, Tails, Drums, Sweep Oars and Seats into the boats at the end of their session. Eight (8) boats will be transported to Carrum. |
Race Draw V1 has now been added to the Carrum Events page the DBV website.
Clubs can now review the draw and advise DBV of any glaring mistakes such as missing crews, double ups etc by contacting Paul Orgad - paul@dragonboatvictoria.com.au

A DBV WhatsApp Group has been created for all Regatta communications. Please follow the link and invite others to join HERE
The WhatsApp Group will be used to share key race information and updates prior, during and after the Regatta. A PA system will also be used on the day.
Clubs are required to commence entering their crews ASAP. Crew changes are permitted until midday on Friday. |
VIC26 Team Manager Appointments |
Following the recent appointment of State Team Coaches, DBV is now pleased to 'put a face to the name' for our Team Managers who will support the VIC26 campaign.
 As a reminder the Athlete EOI remains open until 15 September.
*N.B. the previously advertised VIC26 Training Camp #4 date is being pushed back to 29 March 2026 due to Victorian Championships likely date of 21-22 March 2026. |
