As previously communicated, the 'Special General Meeting - DBV Constitution' is scheduled for 8:30pm on Wednesday 23 September, via Zoom. 

To attend the meeting you must register via the following link. Registration closes at 8:30pm on the day of the meeting. Only paid and current DBV members are able to register, attend and vote at the SGM. We encourage you to register ASAP and advise Paul of any issues with your RevSport login details - paul@dragonboatvictoria.com.au

There are two options for members to cast their vote.

1. Early voting can take place via the below survey. Note the survey is open to paid members with a current and valid membership and will open on Sunday 20 September. Voting will close during the Special General Meeting on Wednesday 23 September. To ensure your early vote has been lodged, please complete this by 8:30pm on Wednesday. You will receive a confirmation email once your vote has been lodged.

2. Attend the SGM and vote during the meeting. Attendees will be advised when voting has closed during the meeting.

As a reminder, you will be voting on the motion to accept the Proposed Constitution in its current and exact form. Under the current Constitution, all current, paid and valid members can cast their vote.
