DBV is committed to creating an environment for which its members can grow from club level to representative level competition. This aligns with areas of DBV's Strategic Plan and supports the Athlete Pathway Framework set by AusDBF.

To help deliver this, DBV are looking to appoint Divisional State Coaches for the VIC26 State campaign and as such have opened the EOI process. Further information including selection criteria, EOI requirements etc can be found on the VIC26 page of the DBV website. 

Responsibilities of this role include:

1. Coaching and Athlete Development

2. Collaboration and Team Alignment as a member of the VIC26 Leadership Team (Head Coach, Campaign Manager, Divisional Coaches, Divisional Team Managers and DBV Board representatives)

3. Selection and Benchmarking Support

4. Communication and Administration

5. Athlete Wellbeing and Culture

Divisions available for EOI are:

· Junior

· 24U

· Premier

· Senior A

· Senior B

· Senior C
