| New DBV Constitution Adopted at Special General Meeting |
On behalf of the DBV Board I am pleased to advise that the Special Resolution put to the DBV Special General Meeting convened on Wednesday 23 September 2026, was carried by an absolute majority.
Thank you to those members who participated in the process, throughout the various phases of review, development and refinement. The new constitution is now adopted and is available on the DBV website - HERE. |
| Notice of Annual General Meeting |
As advance notice, the DBV Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 26 November 2026 at 8.30pm.
There will be a call for nominations to the Board and the process will be managed by a Nominations Committee. Further information about the Nominations Committee can be found below. |
As per the new (current) Constitution, a Nominations Committee is to be established.
This committee reports to the Board and its purpose is to:
-
provide effective renewal and succession planning for the Board
-
manage the nominations process and make recommendations to the Board prior to its AGM
-
make those recommendations to the Board through a thorough and independent process.
The Board endorsed its Terms of Reference at its meeting on 16 September 2026, and this committee will report directly to the Board. Details on how to submit an application to be a member of this committee will be communicated shortly. |
| Call For Nominations to the Board of Directors |
The Board is calling for nominations from members to take up a position of Director.
The election process is that members are duly invited to submit an application with the necessary information, noting that the closing date is 3pm, Tuesday 20 October 2026.
