Following the receipt of EOI's during the advertised period, the Board have subsequently reviewed the submissions and have now filled the two vacant positions. The Board resolved to accept Mark Wheeldon and Nicole McClellan as Directors in a casual vacancy capacity, to the 2026 AGM, as per the remainder of Jacqui Hillas and Caroline Mulcahy's term.  

DBV congratulates Mark and Nicole. The Board now comprises of:

Second Bite Dragon Pass:

Congratulations to the clubs who made use of the Second Bite Dragon Pass. In total there was 38 people who signed up to this initiative. In the near future DBV will be announcing another initiative aimed at increasing participation and membership that will require input and assistance from clubs. More information will be provided shortly, and we thank you in advance for your support. 

Christmas Shut Down: 

Please note DBV Operations will be closed from Friday 19 December to Sunday 4 January (inclusive).

Corporate/Community/Schools Events:

As a reminder to all Clubs DBV introduced a Revenue Share Model for Corporate/Community/School (including Scouts etc) events. All Clubs are required to follow this process to ensure:

a) participants are covered by insurance and captured in RevSport.
b) DBV is aware and can provide support where necessary.
c) clubs are implementing the correct procedures in relation to these type of events including appropriate payment for services / equipment provided.
