Following months of diligent work undertaken by the Constitution Review Working Group (CRWG) and the DBV Board, we have now entered the consultation phase and present to members the documents required to review - 'Draft Constitution version 26 May 26'.

Please take note of the below information:-

The formal consultation period is now open and we kindly ask members to communicate feedback through their club representative/committee. If an individual wants to provide feedback, they are also most welcome, however, collective feedback will be the most concise.

The period for feedback extends to COB on Tuesday 23 June, 2026. DBV will communicate a date for the Special General Meeting (SGM) following the Board meeting on 17 June. As per the Constitution, 21 days written notice will be provided to members including the special resolution/s to be voted on at the SGM.
