Notice of Motions

As part of our preparations for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Dragon Boat Victoria, proposed to be held on Thursday, 13 November 2025, the Board invites all members to submit notices of motions for consideration by the membership.

In accordance with our governance requirements, all notices of motions must be received no later than 28 days prior to the AGM. Therefore, to be included in the agenda for the upcoming AGM, please ensure your motions are submitted to the Secretary by Thursday, 16 October 2025.

Notices of motion should be submitted in writing, clearly outlining the proposed resolution and relevant supporting details. Submissions can be sent by email to Jacqui Hillas, Secretary at jacqui@dragonboatvictoria.com.au
